• Maxfest 2008. It's been 10 years since we started Maxfest at the Filter Inn Cafe. Funny how things come full circle.  Maxfest is back for it's tenth and final year at it's original location. Zad's Roadhouse is now the name of the venue. Lots of great memories,  and many of the same musicians under different band names will be playing this final year.
• I want to thank all the musicians and people that have supported the only independent music fest in Milwaukee for 10 years. As Neal Young (or was it Def Leppard?) once said, "...it's better to burn out, then fade away".
• Maxfest wiill continue to host shows at multiple venues in the future. When the time is right for a good show, we will do our best to bring you quality entertainment.

• Zad's Roadhouse is located at 434 S. 2nd St. Cover charge is only $8.00 each day. Food will be catered by The Milwaukee Hotdog Company.
